• Technical data, IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. With your consent we also use a geolocation provider (ipwho.is) to look up your approximate country from your IP address, solely to pre-fill the correct international dialling code in our forms.
• Scheduling data, where you book a call through our third-party scheduling provider (Calendly), the information you provide to make that booking.

• respond to your enquiries and arrange discovery calls;
• assess and respond to job applications and manage our recruitment process;
• provide, manage and improve our sales representation services;
• send you information you have requested or that is relevant to an existing engagement;
• operate, maintain and improve our website; and
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

• our scheduling provider, Calendly, when you book a call;
• our form-delivery provider, Web3Forms, which securely delivers the contact, partner, careers and chat enquiry forms you submit to our inbox;
• our geolocation provider, ipwho.is, which (with your consent) returns your approximate country from your IP address to pre-fill dialling codes;
• IT, hosting and analytics providers that support our website; and
• professional advisers, or regulators and authorities where required by law.

All processors are bound by contracts requiring them to keep your data secure and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

06International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to a country covered by UK adequacy regulations.

Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is typically deleted within 24 months. Where data relates to a contract, we retain it for the duration of the engagement and for up to six years afterwards. Recruitment data from unsuccessful or speculative applications is normally retained for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

• request erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
• restrict or object to our processing of your data;
• data portability; and
