This Cookie Policy explains how Sales Source Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work in comparable ways.
02How we use cookies
We use cookies to keep our website working, to remember your cookie choices, and, only with your consent, to measure how the site is used and to enable third-party tools such as our booking scheduler.
03Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the website to function and to remember your cookie preferences. These cannot be switched off. No consent is required for these under PECR.
Analytics (optional)
Help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent and the data is aggregated.
Third-party / functional (optional)
When you choose to interact with certain features, we load third-party services that may set cookies or process limited personal data (such as your IP address). These load only with your consent:
- Calendly - powers the embedded booking calendar on our Discovery page. It may set cookies to operate the scheduler. It loads only after you accept cookies; until then we show an email alternative.
- ipwho.is - a geolocation lookup we use to pre-fill the correct country dialling code in our phone fields. It processes your IP address. It runs only after you accept cookies.
- OpenStreetMap - supplies the interactive map tiles on our regional articles. Loading map tiles shares your IP address with the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Maps load only after you accept cookies; until then we show a static outline instead.
We also load a small number of essential third-party assets that do not set cookies: flagcdn.com (country flag images) and Web3Forms (secure delivery of our contact, partner, careers and chat enquiry forms, used only when you submit a form).
04Third-party cookies
Some cookies or data processing are carried out by third parties whose services appear on our pages. We do not control these cookies. Please review the relevant provider's own policy:
- Calendly, calendly.com/privacy
- ipwho.is, ipwho.is/privacy
- OpenStreetMap, osmfoundation.org
- Web3Forms, web3forms.com/privacy-policy
05Managing your cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time on our Cookie Settings page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
06Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no agreed industry standard for responding to these signals, so our website does not change its behaviour in response to them. You remain in control through the cookie controls described above.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
